I came to Hillside Toyota after getting so frustrated with other Toyota dealerships who did not take me seriously. Several sales consultants from other dealerships don’t take female drivers and purchaser with other Toyota dealerships who did not take me seriously. Several sales consultants from other dealerships don’t take female drivers and purchasers seriously. Met David H. (Sales Consultant) at Hillside Toyota and he helped me purchase my first vehicle. I needed one badly for school out-of-state. David was quite consistent in keeping me updated and he was a no-nonsense guy. He patiently answered all my questions and clarified every detail. There was a supply constraint with my vehicle of choice but I was able to acquire one before school starts. Thanks to David! David went above and beyond and even followed up after I got my vehicle to make sure everything met my expectations and I got to my destination safely. More

Also, he had great follow through and would reach out to let me know what were the next steps to financing my car. On the day that I went to pick up my car, the process was smooth. From finance processing to inspection to completion, I was in and out within 2 hours. After the whole process, David gave me a call to make sure that I made it back safely with my car and also to see if I had any lingering questions. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the service I received and would definitely recommend Hillside to my family and friends. More
