This month makes almost 2 months since I've had my new 2022 Toyota Rav4 XLE and I LOVE it! It's also perfect timing to evaluate the whole process in total. I chose Hillside Toyota because of a referral f 2022 Toyota Rav4 XLE and I LOVE it! It's also perfect timing to evaluate the whole process in total. I encountered Roy whom I found out moved from another branch to this one not too long ago and at first I was skeptical, not personally, but just as a salesperson. lol He turned out to be the best! He was very honest, a good listener, extremely patient with me and was so good in helping me navigate the process, especially when I returned the second time to finish the process and pick up the car. He really took care of me. If i go into the intricate details, this would be a very long review, but long story short, he went the distance to get this deal done for me. Everything he said and agreed upon, was done. No games. I recommend him and appreciate him 100%, My financing was done through Jack. I encountered him briefly on my first visit while browsing & thought he looked so intimidating I didn't want to encounter him ever! Well God had the last laugh, he was my finance guy and was so upfront, honest and patient. I like to take time before every decision and he sat and waited while I went through all the options and chose. He took the time to further clarify when I didn't understand and then waited while I made my decision. I hate being rushed at the last minute and he allowed me to do me. Thank You again so much. All my documents soon followed and I was very happy for the timely follow through on the part of the dealership. I also want to thank Mike for working with me on the pricing. It was a lot of back and forth but i was happy overall! More
