James Dussap replaced my OEM Front highlander Rotors for a after Market. Travis Cobbs unnecessary replacement Rear Rotors only him knew why he did that. Akim Dixon tells me why you parked my car in the street when all other Customers had they Car parked inside the showroom service That’s my Complaint about these guys

No body receive a phn call for service
They lie to me and don’t maintain the serial .
They Took 8+ hours for Oil change and said we r preparing ur papers again and again while they parked my car outside of the garage . I discovered my 2018 RAV4 parked by the back st and told them that ‘ you guys r lying to me again again because u didnot do any work for my car but u did the work for others who came 6 hrs later than mine. Then they told me we will do now. It’s kinds mall practice .
They don’t even turn on air conditioning at waiting room....

This was my first visit which was a good experience overall. The service team was cordial and professional. The service was satisfactorily completed, albeit, the wait was too long, a total of about 4 hours. Understandably, the demand for services greatly exceeded the capabilities of the facility. A larger service department with more technicians would smooth the process. Thank you for giving of your best.

The kept my car for 2 days untouched and told me that the warranty has declined my claim at the end. I had to go to the site for them to assign my car to a mechanic after 4 days appointment. Very bad experience, I will never go back there again.
