Toyota Hillside’s service is terrible. I am very upset about the poor treatment I received. The inspection took four hours, and no one had the courtesy to let me know there was a problem w I am very upset about the poor treatment I received. The inspection took four hours, and no one had the courtesy to let me know there was a problem with the inspection machine; all they care about is pushing me to buy wheel alignments and other services. I am going to file a formal complaint with the appropriate authority, as I lost $500 in wages taking my car in for this "non-inspection." I’m certain they didn’t even change the oil; they handed the car back to me just as dirty as before—unwashed. It’s unbelievable: the only things that person knows how to say are "excuse me" and "I’m so sorry," followed by "My manager will call you to see how they can help." Hahaha, as if that would actually do any good. The WORST SERVICE EVER. Bottom line: no inspection, no car wash, and no oil change. Yet, the service had already been paid for. Consumer Protection Department: this is a perfect case for you. More
