Long wait I took my grand Jeep Cherokee in for an oil change and to fix a recall problem. When scheduling the appointment I was told it wouldn’t take long at al I took my grand Jeep Cherokee in for an oil change and to fix a recall problem. When scheduling the appointment I was told it wouldn’t take long at all, therefore I decided to wait at the dealership while the work was done. When I dropped the car off, I was told it would take about an hour. My car sat out in the lot for an hour before it was even taken in. 2 HOURS LATER.......it was finally done. I understand some circumstances are beyond control and delays happen, but I would appreciate being updated on why it is taking so long. Or don’t tell me on the phone it will be quick, otherwise I would have dropped it off the night before. More
