I went in to get an estimate for work needed on my 2011 mini-cooper...I wasn't sure if it was worth sinking any more money into the car...Without my permission they did $800 worth of work...My Mom, without mini-cooper...I wasn't sure if it was worth sinking any more money into the car...Without my permission they did $800 worth of work...My Mom, without telling me and thinking she was doing me a favor, went to pick up the car and paid the bill...I nearly hit the roof that they charged her for work on MY car...The general manager on his Web page assures customers that "if you’re not happy with us for any reason, I invite you to call me, personally. I guarantee to make it right and make you happy." Needless to say, he was argumentative and belligerent and said he would have to listen to the recording to find out if I was lying. More

We caught the dealership on a bad day but did have an appt to pick up our car. We spent >an hour with the finance mgr going over options for extended warranties, etc. This was very disheartening as we we appt to pick up our car. We spent >an hour with the finance mgr going over options for extended warranties, etc. This was very disheartening as we were purchasing our 8th BMW and weren’t advised of these plans ahead of time and felt pressured to make selections on the spot. By the time we made our selections, it was very late and we drove home with our new car not knowing how to use many of the features. We spent time with the genius so that aspect was set up and clear but we were unclear about many of the other features and left to figure them out on our own. Spending a significant sum on a car, we would have expected to be treated a little better. More
