Sound advice, great service, nice staff. Justin provided great advice and knew exactly what my problem was. The car was repaired quickly and economically; it was returned clean and pretty instead of dull and stained from tree pollen, Thanks. Also met Mike who helped be retrieve my laptop from the car and leave it in the service office while I went on a short "walk about". I have an old Lexus (2006) with relatively low miles (125k) and hope to keep it running for years to come, I tend to trust Lexus dealerships for great service, and Hilton head Lexis measures up very well. During the six week period the car was at the dealership, I was given a loaner car to drive which was very much appreciated and needed.
