Poor Sales Service My husband was out of town and the engine of my car died. I needed to get a new car asap so I went to the dealership on my own. After looking throug My husband was out of town and the engine of my car died. I needed to get a new car asap so I went to the dealership on my own. After looking through the parking lot for 20 minutes no one came out to help me. I went into the showroom and found 4 men standing around. I asked for one to show me the RX350. The gentlemen that came out seemed bothered and uninterested. I told him that I was going to make a purchase soon and wanted to compare the Lexus RX350 to the MDX, and the BMW X5. He did not provide any information about the RX350, but only asked me questions about the X5. In the end I gave him more information about the X5 then he gave me about the car I was interested in him selling me. I decided that I would need to go to another Lexus dealer in order to find out more about the car, and purchase it from someone more helpful. More
