I recently bought a certified pre-owned Acura TL from Hinshaw's Acura in Fife, WA. At the same time, I also traded in two vehicles so I was dealing on three vehicles. Devin was my salesperson and he worked with the General Manager on the negotiations which went smoothly. The financial part was completed in a very thorough and professional manner by a very experienced, knowledgeable and helpful individual which I appreciated. My car was prepped for me to take home and the service (window tinting) I received the following day was excellent. Devin was an excellent salesperson. I had lots of questions which he always answered to my satisfaction, or else excused himself to go get the answer and come back. He was super friendly, professional and helpful, even offering for me to come back anytime to learn even more about my new car's various features (there are a lot of them & the manual is huge!). Devin has kept in touch with me after my car purchase. I believe I could contact him anytime about anything relating to my new car and he would do whatever he could to help me out. We went in and spoke with George for flat tire repair. We found out the tire was not repairable. We told them a we would come back in a couple of days because money was tight.
