I have had my MDX serviced at Hinshaws Acura since it was purchased in 2001. I wouldn't consider any other place to have it serviced. Last Friday I took in our SUV for a last min appt. at Acura in Fife to put new tires on it. My was leaving at 2pm that day for Bellingham. I was sitting in the waiting room at Acura and Kelly (manager) w Acura in Fife to put new tires on it. My was leaving at 2pm that day for Bellingham. I was sitting in the waiting room at Acura and Kelly (manager) walked over loaner keys and told me to" go home, they will get the work done and a mechanic would deliver the car to my HOUSE in time for Maloree to drive up north". !! He threw in a safety check and gave me a coupon for a FREE wheel alignment ! SEE why I have 3 Acuras??? Best service around! He knew I was stressed with the house going on the market and decided to make my day. Love that customer service!! More
