I just bought my first car last week. I bought a 2012 Special Edition Acura TSX from this dealership. I was very nervous buying my first car but they catered and answered to all of my questions and concerns. I came in three days in a row because I was still unsure about making such a big purchase for my first time. Each day I came in, Devin spent hours with me going over everything and making sure that the process was thorough and clear to me. When I finally decided that I was ready to make the purchase, I could really tell Devin had his client's best interest (mine) at heart. He had no intention of selling me a car that I wasn't 100% sure about. On top of the excellent service Devin gave me, the other employees were just as friendly and welcoming every day I came in. I never felt pressured, that's the biggest plus about this dealership I think. This car is my first manual I have ever owned. I knew I wanted a manual, but I had a lot of questions about the details of driving a manual. After all my paperwork was signed and I was about to drive off the lot, the manager of Hinshaws took me for a drive himself, making sure he gave me the best tips and showed me exactly how to drive this car with ease. I can definitely say my first experience buying a car was great and I will definitely be going back to Hinshaws Acura for my next vehicle. More
