That is what brought us to Hinshaw's Honda, My boyfriend had moved here a little over a year ago at the time so it was really important to find the right car. We first worked with ZACH LEE back in september when my boyfriend found his "dream" car. Zach was so patient with helping my boyfriend even with the language barrier. We ended up purchasing a 2004 Mazda Miata. After a few months my boyfriend realized that the car just wasn't right for him, he loved it but he knew he had to find a bigger car. After 6 months driving the car, I told him to go back and see if he can trade. This is where I have been amazed with Zach's level of customer experience. I was unable to be apart of looking for his new trade in car but Zach did everything he could to help my boyfriend find the right car to fit his budget. He even went out of the way and involved his manager. My boyfriend truly feels comfortable working with Zach and says nothing but great things. He ended up purchasing a 2016 Jeep Patriot. Going forward, I will be referring all my clients, family and friends to Hinshaw's Honda, specifically with Zach Lee so that they can experience the joy of working with someone who truly wants to find the best car for you and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. New Honda Experience My wife and I decided to visit a few Auburn Valley dealerships on 12/26. First stop was Hyundai as we were interested in a Tucson SUV. Not a sole gree My wife and I decided to visit a few Auburn Valley dealerships on 12/26. First stop was Hyundai as we were interested in a Tucson SUV. Not a sole greeted us so we headed to Hinshaw's to look at their CR-V inventory. Zachary Lee greeted us in the lot, was very pleasant and listened closely to our needs. He brought us in and allowed us to look at their used inventory, even though he is on the "New" car sales side of the business. Zach found one for us to test drive, a 2014 that was in mint condition which we ultimately purchased that evening. I appreciate his knowledge of the automobile, genuine care for our needs and patience throughout the trade-in and negotiation. He spent time showing my wife the features of the CR-V, even setting up and connecting her phone for one-touch dialing. Thomas Vo took care of the finance side and was equally courteous and professional. Their Service Dept is great as well. He asked me questions to find a car that would best suite my needs and all the while I didn’t feel like I was being sold on anything more like being served which made me feel very comfortable. The whole process was very efficient I waited a little over an hour before I drove off with my new car. The other staff members were very friendly too. I was greeted at the door and had small talk with other people in the dealership. I settled for a brand new 2018 Honda Civic and after about a week of driving it I can honestly say that I’m really satisfied. This dealership definitely knows what they’re doing and would like to thank my sales consultant for breaking through car salesmen stereotypes by making feel at home and very comfortable. More
