I've almost always had bad experiences in the past so my opinion of salespeople is very tainted. Enter Kimberly Fiesta of Hinshaw's Honda in Auburn. I warned Kimberly right away I that I was a difficult customer and shared my experiences with her. She told me she was up to the challenge and was determined to sell me a vehicle at a price I was happy with. Kimberly turned out to be very hard working and HONEST in our dealings. I walked away happy and feeling good about how she went about representing me with the dealership. Panel problem I bought a Honda crv 2016 last year month of July and one of the salesperson his name is Mike who's help and give us a good deal and his a nice guy t I bought a Honda crv 2016 last year month of July and one of the salesperson his name is Mike who's help and give us a good deal and his a nice guy then my husband notice that on the back of my car inside left side the panel is puffing out so we went to the Honda dealer last week to talk the salesperson Mike and show him the problem and we coordinate the parts department.Yesterday I got a message that the part's available so I decided to bring my car this morning.They change the panel and we surprise coz it's so fast they said it's done.When we check what they did to my car it's still puffing out so I told them it's still the same.and we ask to the mechanic he said they don't know what they gonna do,after that they need the salesperson I called him we had conversation at the outside and asking him any suggestions that you can do he respond "That's not my problem anymore" his mad 😡. First thing still have a warranty and maybe it's factory deffect.They are nice when you buy a car but when you had a problem in your car they can't help. We're disappoint and unhappy. More

When it came time to crunch numbers, he made it as comfortable as possible and we feel like we came out with a good deal. The rest of the people involved with our purchase were also friendly and knowledgeable, and also did not make us feel pressured. We would be happy to shop at Hinshaw Honda again! More

Excellent, friendly service I called Hinshaw's on a Sunday morning, looking for a specific model car for my son. After explaining to the new car sales person, Zachary Lee, that I called Hinshaw's on a Sunday morning, looking for a specific model car for my son. After explaining to the new car sales person, Zachary Lee, that a pre-owned vehicle would fit the bill, there was no hesitation on his part to help and tell me all about the used car they had on the lot. A short time later, we were on the lot and Zachary was happy to help. He was genuine and respectful to me and my sons and daughter-in-law. It was a family affair, but that did not dissuade Zachary at all. He listened to what folks had to say and had no ego whatsoever. Zachary let everyone look the car over, inside and out. After a nice test drive, my son realized the vehicle was really exactly what he was looking for. He was ready to put in an offer on his first truly decent newer/used car. Negotiating at Hinshaw's was a piece of cake. It wasn't long before we came to an agreement that we were all happy with. We were surprised to learn that Hinshaw's offered some nice perks - even to a used car buyer, such as a complimentary loaner car when service is needed. The finance department was also great. We were able to get a great rate on a used car loan. This was a truly pleasant car buying experience. Hinshaw's is a dealership that still knows what customer service is all about, from the staff to the perks offered to customers, to the follow-up call from Zachary to make sure my son is happy with his new/used car.
