I never once felt like he was doing this for the money, he made me feel as if he truly wanted us to leave with the car I wanted. Even after the sales manager told him to let us go shop around at another dealership, he still went back to negotiate for us right when we were ready to walk out. This was a truly great car buying experience at a really nice dealership! Well worth the 40min drive from Graham! More

Panel problem I bought a Honda crv 2016 last year month of July and one of the salesperson his name is Mike who's help and give us a good deal and his a nice guy t I bought a Honda crv 2016 last year month of July and one of the salesperson his name is Mike who's help and give us a good deal and his a nice guy then my husband notice that on the back of my car inside left side the panel is puffing out so we went to the Honda dealer last week to talk the salesperson Mike and show him the problem and we coordinate the parts department.Yesterday I got a message that the part's available so I decided to bring my car this morning.They change the panel and we surprise coz it's so fast they said it's done.When we check what they did to my car it's still puffing out so I told them it's still the same.and we ask to the mechanic he said they don't know what they gonna do,after that they need the salesperson I called him we had conversation at the outside and asking him any suggestions that you can do he respond "That's not my problem anymore" his mad 😡. First thing still have a warranty and maybe it's factory deffect.They are nice when you buy a car but when you had a problem in your car they can't help. We're disappoint and unhappy. More
