Easy car buying I left Hinshaw's Honda extremely satisfied. I left with the exact car I wanted. I left with the exact color I wanted (Zach drove to another dealership I left Hinshaw's Honda extremely satisfied. I left with the exact car I wanted. I left with the exact color I wanted (Zach drove to another dealership and brokered a trade same day just to get my color). I felt I got a very fair amount of money for my trade-in. There was plenty of pressure to buy a car and make a deal as soon as I walked in the door, but thankfully there was zero emphasis on trying to sell me things I didn't show interest in. The entire staff went out of their way to be friendly and sociable throughout the experience, overall it couldn't have gone much better. I will no doubt be getting my next car from Hinshaw's again in the future! More

Above what was ever expected!! I am a retired widow from the Gulf Coast who spends the summer with my family in Kent. I plan to buy a new Honda Civic Ex when I return home but I was unsure about whether or not to buy one with Honda Sensing. Accompanied by my knowledgable, son-in-law, I headed to Hinshaw's Honda where we met Ryan Gnoinsky who enthusiastically demonstrated and explained all of the features of the 2017 Civic EX with Honda Sensing and even arranged for a test drive! All of this attention was given to a customer who had made it very clear from the beginning that no purchase would be made at the dealership! This kind of customer attention is RARE indeed!!!! More

I've had better service at the DMV Took my vehicle into Hinshaw Honda for SRS light. Was not greeted by anyone except the service manager Steve. Stood around for awhile, during which time the service writer Mike Sands assisted a customer that had arrived after me. I found that to be rude and was appalled that he proceeded to work on the customers car right there in the drive. Did not write him up, call a trained professional skilled mechanic out to assist, or send the vehicle back to the mechanics. Mike Sands appeared to self diagnose the vehicle and work on it while a line grew of behind me of yet more customers waiting for service. Very unprofessional and scary if you think about it. A guy with no mechanical training, diagnosing and "fixing" a vehicle at a dealership, whose only experience with cars is writing them up to be serviced by real mechanics. When Mike Sands finally got around to "assisting me", I received no greeting, not the faintest bit friendly and was told it would be 3 hours before someone could come and pull the SRS code on my vehicle. At this point I was so disgusted at my treatment that I left without having the SRS code checked. More

I hate buying cars. Zach and team made this easy. I wasn't planning on getting a new vehicle yet. My wife came in to look for one for herself. Zach was awesome. We came in around 10 minutes before clo I wasn't planning on getting a new vehicle yet. My wife came in to look for one for herself. Zach was awesome. We came in around 10 minutes before closing but that didn't concern Zach. He took the time to answer our questions and help us out without regard for the clock. That left a great impression. Days later my wife went back and purchased a pilot. Easy dealings, easy to talk to. Helpful and just made the process easy. I went back a few days later to look at the accord. Zach helped me with that as well. In between those visits he answered all my questions via text. All along I'm thinking this is what a car salesperson should be like. There was never any feeling of pressure. There was never a feeling like we were rushing. In fact, I think we kept him late 3 times and with my signing of the papers, it was close to 10 by the time Zach and the team there were done with us. I did leave in an accord hybrid. I would definitely recommend Zach to anyone. Hinshaws was really great and made things really easy. Much better than experiences at Doxon Toyota. Loving my new car. More
