No Customer Service On the afternoon of April 26, 2016, I stopped by Duval Mazda at the Avenues in hopes of test-driving a Mazda CX-5. I parked my car and looked around t On the afternoon of April 26, 2016, I stopped by Duval Mazda at the Avenues in hopes of test-driving a Mazda CX-5. I parked my car and looked around the parking lot for a salesman, but no one was in sight. I stepped into the showroom and noticed 5 salesmen on the left side of the room all laughing very loud and talking with each other. No one acknowledged my presence. I left the showroom and walked back to my car. I half-expected one of the salesmen to run out and ask if I needed any help. No one appeared. I went to another dealership (Honda at the Avenues) and BOUGHT A HONDA CRV!!! Shame on you, Duval Mazda at the Avenues!!! It could have been one of your SUV's that I purchased!! More

Awesome Experience I visited this dealership earlier this month and purchased a 2014 Mazda 6. I first inquired about the vehicle online and Carmine the sales rep who too I visited this dealership earlier this month and purchased a 2014 Mazda 6. I first inquired about the vehicle online and Carmine the sales rep who took my appointment was very courteous and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and helpful. I can in already approved for the loan but Carmine and Christopher sat me down and found me a better deal. They worked quickly to get the car detailed and installed the navigation system before i was even done signing the paper work.When i left my GPS couldn't locate a signal so i brought the car back a few days later to have that fixed. Torben in the service department was prepared for my appointment and fixed it with in 5 mins He even ordered a little cover i didn't even notice was missing. Though out this whole process if i had a question i could count on them all. Very pleased with their service and will definitely recommend to my family and friends! More

I wad buying my first car and I originally visited Duval Mazda in search of a new 2013 mazda 3 hatchback. Before my arrival I talked to Eli and had told him my price range. Even over the phone he was very helpful and told me about a used mazda 3 that was basically new. He told me everything about it and even came in on his day off to help me out. I fell in love with the car the minute I seen it and when it came down to getting me financed it took them very little time getting me approved. I was in and out in no time and all of the staff I came in contact with were great. They even worked with me on a few things with no hassle. For over a month Todd Heim at Duval Mazda persevered beyond my expectations. I had almost nothing to put down and even less available to pay per month. He kept in constant contact with me throughout the process; even when my outlook on finding a car became very VERY bleak his confidence never wavered - and I am so glad! He made it a point to let me know that we would be waiting for the perfect car to come to us. And it did. Miraculously, a trade in was received: bought at Duval Mazda brand new, one owner and in perfect condition.
