Excellent Service I had my car in for routine service earlier this week and decided to wait until it was ready. Sandy told me how much the work would cost then walked I had my car in for routine service earlier this week and decided to wait until it was ready. Sandy told me how much the work would cost then walked me to the waiting area and showed me where coffee and water were available. While I was sitting there, another one of the showroom employees stopped by to see if I had everything I needed. When the service call was completed Sandy came to where I was sitting to let me know my car was ready. This friendly, accommodating customer service is what you can expect at Duval Mazda. More

Friendly and knowledgeable I found all the people friendly and pleasant. The test drive was set up in 5 to 10 minutes and when we returned we were met by one of the sales perso I found all the people friendly and pleasant. Awesome and accommodating customer service I was visiting Amelia Island on vacation-- my car was way overdue for service and , although I know nothing about cars--- at 90000 miles, I suspected I was visiting Amelia Island on vacation-- my car was way overdue for service and , although I know nothing about cars--- at 90000 miles, I suspected it needed a lot done.. I called the evening I was driving to Florida from SC and they got me in the next day. They checked in by phone with me about everything that the car needed , and when it became apparent that it was going to take a while-- and they needed to order a part, they gave me a loaner car. This allowed me to enjoy the rest of my vacation and still get my car all fixed. I really appreciated this because when I'm at home working-- I never get time to do these tasks. They checked in with me about every item and gave me accurate quotes about cost etc, I even had them detail my car while it was there. I appreciate the entire crew there. Sandy went above and beyond to get everything done for me. My car was returned to me looking better than it had since it was new. The manager on duty when I picked it up went through the who,e list of everything that was done. And answered all of my questions at length. I would absolutely recommend this service department and will likely retun( even though it's 6 hours from my home) More

I am, and continue to be, entirely satisfied with my treatment by this dealer and the staff. The sales folks are first rate and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to satisfy your new or used vehicle requirements. I have never had anyone there try to sell me something I did not ask to see, and that is refreshing. At Duval Mazda, they do not play the "let me talk to the Sales Manager and get back to you" game. Also, I cannot say enough good things about the Service Department. The service writers and maintenance techs know their business and do no try to sell services that are unnecessary. Everyone, including the receptionist, is courteous and helpful. All three of our Mazdas will continue to be maintained at Duval Mazda. And, when it is time to replace one of them, I cannot imagine going to another dealer without visiting Duval Mazda first......... More
