Work was completed on my car that wasn’t authorized. Why would I pay for a tire rotation if your recommendation was to replace the tires. When I arrived I was told they were almost finished with my oil change. But I didn’t ask for you to change my oil. I waited 40 minutes. Seems like they started the oil change when I got there. So many things aren’t right with this visit. More
