One input I would provide them is to ensure full transparency on incentives offered - it appears that any "free oil changes" offered (at least the one offered to me) do not include oil filter change according to the business manager. So, one would either need to shell out more than market prices to include a filter change with the "free oil change" service or have to go somewhere else to get that part of the job done. So not terribly pleased with how that went down. More
