He was a pleasure to deal and no xx what so ever. Even during the negotiation, which was easy, he maintained that no xx approach that both me and my wife were very pleasantly surprised with. Overall Hoffman was profession and courteous and when my wife needs a new car we will be back asking for Sly. STEVE STELLER WAS STELLER!!! This transaction was flawless and just plain easy. I had been to two other dealerships before I decided to buy an Audi from Hoffman. The other dealership I was originally going with was terrible. I had put a deposit down on a car and had to call three times in one day to get a status on the financing. I was told the F&I guy would call me back in one hour and he called me back in 4. I decided not to go with this dealership. Steve was absolutely phenomenal. I met with him on a Saturday. He emailed me Monday to let me know my loan was approved and by Thursday I was in my new car. He emailed me constantly to keep me informed about my loan process with next steps. He returned my phone calls promptly. After my purchase he sat in the car with me for about a half hour explaining how everything worked and synced my phone for me. I was so impressed that he had taken the time to do this for me. This is my first Audi. I have never gotten this type of customer Service. AMAZING! I have bought several cars and this by far was the easiest and best transaction I have ever had. Hands down Steve is the best and I would give him a 10 for knowledge and customer service.
