When it still seemed to be a problem, he got me in right away to start the two-step oil consumption test, which I am undergoing now. He also let me know that Audi has extended the warranty on this system and that I would be covered. No matter what the issue, Mark is always ready to help. I never feel like I'm a thorn in his side or that other people's problems are bigger than mine. He takes care of me, and I appreciate that. More

Service Experience Many new cars come with free service for a certain number of miles. Well, of course we all know that nothing is free and you merely prepaid for this Many new cars come with free service for a certain number of miles. Well, of course we all know that nothing is free and you merely prepaid for this contract/work at the time of your vehicle purchase. Understanding that, what surprised me was how pleasant, polite, helpful and welcoming the dealership staff is even when they know a customer is coming in, getting serviced, leaving all while paying nothing additional out of pocket. They even provided me with a brand new 2015 loaner car for a day while they performed my routine scheduled maintenance and washed and vacuumed by vehicle. I returned to pick up my vehicle after service had closed and a salesman was more than happy to assist me and get my keys & receipt. The Audi is a classy vehicle and it appears that Hoffman New London wishes to match that experience with the level of service they provide as well. More

Easy as can be After having some bad experience at ANOTHER dealer service center recently, this could not have been easier for me. I was able to get an appointment within a week, was offered a loaner car. Received email confirmation and instructions. When I dropped off the car I was out the door in 2 minutes with a 2015 Q5 ready to go. Was told the work would be done by 3pm for sure, and then received a txt at 10:30 saying that they were able to complete the work quickly. Can't ask for more than that. More

Under promising and over delivering I would just say that the service department did all they could to accommodate my schedule. I had limited time to accomplish the service and they cam I would just say that the service department did all they could to accommodate my schedule. I had limited time to accomplish the service and they came through. The staff was friendly. They even offered me breakfast! I was in and out in less time than they said it would take.
