Awesome service yet again and SO thankful I found Hoffman Ford after relocating here a few years ago! Tried 2 other dealerships closer to my home and found their service quality and communication to be horrendous. I HIGHLY recommend Hoffman Ford service dept and my service advisor Olivia was so informative and quick to respond to my questions. While no one likes spending money on repair bills, I feel at ease that Hoffman will be honest and tell me what’s needed to keep my vehicle running properly and keep it from breaking down unexpectedly. Thank you Hoffman Ford for delivering the same kind of service we have come to expect for the past 40 years. Ever since my wife purchased a Mustang in the Showroom when your dealership was located on the service we have come to expect for the past 40 years. Ever since my wife purchased a Mustang in the Showroom when your dealership was located on the Main Street in Highspire from your Grandfather. I just replaced all 4 tires on my 2014 F250 Pickup. I also replaced the front brake pads along with the front rotors from the advice of our Service Consultant Tami Kroh. Tammy was very courteous and professional when discussing this safety item which I appreciated. My wife and I use this truck hauling our Highland Cattle to shows all over the Country and never want to experience a breakdown when your out of town.
