I am always treated as a valued customer. I purchased two new accords from Hoffman since 2008 and have all my service work done by Hoffman. Usually it is routine service but most recently I ha I purchased two new accords from Hoffman since 2008 and have all my service work done by Hoffman. Usually it is routine service but most recently I had a problem with my XM / Sirrus receiver that was under the extended warranty by Care Guard. I'd prefer if the extended warranty was a Honda product. Rob Gorski and the staff made my experience a positive one when care guard balked at fully covering an unresolved, ongoing issue that should have been counted as a single occurrence, single deductable. Rob's concern and professionalism stand out as fine example of why my next vehicle purchase will again be at Hoffman Honda. More

great day at Hoffman Honda Avon Brought accord in for oil change. although it wasn't calling for one we are going on a 4 week road trip sooo. The tech looked at the diagnostics, tol Brought accord in for oil change. although it wasn't calling for one we are going on a 4 week road trip sooo. The tech looked at the diagnostics, told me it still had time but would check the oil anyway and sure enough it was black so he recommended the oil change. The computers were down system wide so they couldn't check when the last oil change was but better safe than sorry. It took very little time and I had a comfortable hour or so watching my soap opera and sipping mocha coffee. Everyone was great considering the handicap they were under without the look back history from the computer system. More
