This dealership was very understanding and accommodating to my lack of knowledge about cars. Anything from complicated loan processes to even how to fill up my gas tank.

Buying a new car is an exciting and mysterious experience. Fortunately, we met Dave.Paolino. He made the experience still exciting, but less mysterious. The atmosphere at the dealership was relaxing and welcoming.

Gary greeted us with a warm and friendly welcome . After some conversation my wife and I told Gary what our auto needs and preferences were. Gary took lots of time to accommodate us . Ultimately we found a solution and made a friend . We are pleased with the passport and look forward to seeing Gary and the dealership next time.

I had a great experience a few months ago when I bought - lexo2000a

I had a great experience a few months ago when I bought my first new car from Diana at Manchester Honda! She was very supportive in my decision in the car that I wanted, was very open in answering any questions that I had as a first time buyer, and helped my find the car that I know I’m going to have and love for next 20 years hopefully! I highly recommend going to Manchester Honda and talking with Diana about purchasing a Honda!!

No Stars! - walterhogan725

No Stars! I purchased a 2024 Honda Ridgeline from Friendly Honda and added the $854 lighted running boards, which were rolled into my financing and covered by an extended warranty. Within two months, the driver-side light failed. This has now happened five separate times in less than a year. After being patient through five repair attempts, I asked Manager Michael Glynn to simply remove the defective product and provide a refund or credit toward a different style of running board. Instead of standing behind what they sold me, I was told to file a claim with Honda Corporate. Honda Corporate then claimed the part was out of warranty. For a dealership with "Friendly" in the name, they showed zero interest in customer retention or basic fairness. I am now stuck paying for a defective product that hasn't worked for more than two months at a time.
