Diagnostic Appointment I recently brought my Accord into Hoffman Honda for a diagnostic appointment. I scheduled the appointment for first thing on a Wednesday morning. I wa I recently brought my Accord into Hoffman Honda for a diagnostic appointment. I scheduled the appointment for first thing on a Wednesday morning. I was at the dealer dropping the car off at 7:30 am. I was very flexible about my schedule and told them I did not need the car until the end of the day. Janetta told me that they would diagnos the problem and call me right away. At 1pm that afternoon (over 5 hrs later), I had to call Janetta to follow-up as she had not reached out. Janetta told me that no one had looked at the car yet (again 5 hrs after I dropped it off) since I told them I didn't need it right away. I do not find this to be an acceptable practice. Just because I am flexible as a customer does not mean that Hoffman should not begin work on a car that was in the dealership at 7:30 am. This is a common issue that occurs with every appointment that I make. Unless you specifically tell them that you need your car right away, they basically ignore the car until the very last minute or until you harass them about it. I was finally able to leave the dealership at 4:15pm that day. There is no reason that my car needed to be at the dealership for almost 10hrs, for a simple oil change and diagnostic reading. Additionally, Janetta was not very pleasant to deal with on a personal basis. She basically tried to blame me for the delay in the service since I was the one who offered to pick up the vehicle later in the afternoon. Again, just because I am being flexible as a customer, does not mean that they should not service my vehicle within a reasonable time frame. More

Always helpful team I've had to visit a couple times for issues with my tires and the service team has been fantastic with helping to get me back on the road quickly. Transmission maintenance and DVD repair Rob was attentive and followed through with his work. One point that did not go well was the AC/fan electronics were turned off. This was after the car was deemed complete and given to me. But what amazed me was how they responded and fixed the issue. I valued how they recognized the mistake and corrected it going above and beyond. Well done! More

I would recommend that they towel dry the car because it was left with too many soap spots and had to be rinsed at home and towel dryed. More

How long does it take to change a tire? Made appointment for 4/29 @ 11:00am to replaced front passenger tire that was damaged from a curb strike. Arrived at 10:45 and car was checked in @ 10 Made appointment for 4/29 @ 11:00am to replaced front passenger tire that was damaged from a curb strike. Arrived at 10:45 and car was checked in @ 10:48 and it was a scheduled "wait" appt. at 11:45 I looked in at the service dept and car was on lift with tire off the car and I saw no techs in the service area.. At 12:00pm I asked the service advisor to check on progress because it shouldn't take an hour to remove tire, put a new one on time balance and mount it. She checked and told me the guy was waiting for the "machine"? Really? After an hour of being there he is waiting? Anyways I went back and looked in the service area and there are now 3 techs around my car. She called me into her office and I was checked out at 12:14pm. So in the space of 14 mins my tire was mounted, balanced, remounted on car and I got a car wash ( the car wash looked like they just sprayed it with a hose. Was still dirty when it dried.) I feel I was not told the entire story and my car sat for a long time when I first got there. So I had to wait from 10:48 to 12:14 to change a tire with an appt. I could buy a tire anywhere, I could have my Honda serviced anywhere. I come to Hoffman for service. Did the service people go to lunch at 1130am to noon? Is that why I had to wait twice as long as it should have taken? I had the same tire service done on 9/30/15 and I arrived without an appt and it took only 45mins including a good car wash. More
