Routine service but very professional I recently went in for my CRV's first oil change, which was complimentary from my salesman. Anthony Audia was very courteous and professional during m I recently went in for my CRV's first oil change, which was complimentary from my salesman. Anthony Audia was very courteous and professional during my visit. I did bring up an issue with the vehicle's front seat and how something was protruding from under the seat covering. Anthony took a picture of it and was going to send it to Honda for review. He told me there was a bulletin on the same issue from Honda but on the leather seats. Mine is cloth but he said he would try to get it resolved from Honda. I am waiting to hear back from him.
