Great Checkup I set up my appointment to fit into my calendar. Robert, was so polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The waiting area was quite comfortable. Airbag recall- Couldn't have been easier Anthony and the rest of the staff were very helpful. Scheduling was easy (I think Jim handled my call), I dropped my Odyssey off the night before, it Anthony and the rest of the staff were very helpful. Scheduling was easy (I think Jim handled my call), I dropped my Odyssey off the night before, it was ready early and they also fixed the seatbelt switch at no charge (lifetime warranty on seatbelts). Picked it up the next day, all at my convenience. Based on this visit I would have no problem recommending Hoffman Honda. PS I rarely take the time to write positive reviews, but this was easy too.
