Great Service! This was my second time going to this dealership and both times I was very pleased with the service there. Everyone that works there is always so friendly and attentive. They even invited me to have dinner for an event they were having at the dealership at the time. Jeff Berselli was my salesman this time around and he was great! Such a nice guy! He did everything he possibly could to get me into the car that I wanted and one that suited my needs. He was very thorough with explaining things to me about the cars I was interested in and how the process will work. I especially liked that he seemed to care a lot about my needs and getting me what I wanted in a car, he even made sure that my big hound dog Noah was going to happy and comfortable in the car I chose as well because my dog travels with me a lot, my dog was with me while I was at the dealership at the time. Jeff overall made sure that I had a pleasant experience which is what he said to me as soon as I met him. Thanks a lot Jeff and thanks to all the other people that were involved in the process with me. I will definitely choose this dealership the next time I'm ready for a new car. More

A lot of overchanging and trying sell services I didn't need If the purpose of the 'free' inspection is to make up stuff you don't need and then try to sell it to you, it was a success. I was told I needed to spend over $100 and have my brake fluid changed. What they didn't know was all my brake fluid leaked out and I had the line repaired and the fluid replaced less than 1-1/2 years ago so I didn't need this service. Then I was told I needed to have my transmission fluid replaced for I think it was $150 or so. Again, nobody knew the transmission was rebuilt less than 3 years ago and had all new fluid, again something I didn't need. Several years ago when my check engine light came on I was charged $100 to diagnose a bad transmission and told a rebuilt one would cost something like $5K. I went to Aamco and they did the same diagnosis for free and rebuilt my transmission for about $3200. A few weeks earlier it was suggested I replace my timing chain, which I did, but literally the next week the service went on sale for $100 and nobody thought to tell me this was coming, something I'm sure they knew. More

Outstanding Staff and Customer Service !!! Personnel were wonderful as they gladly accommodated my timing for service needs (changes due to inclement weather). Fixing the Vibration in my 2015 CRV Anthony and the people in the service department were both courteous and friendly.
