I had driven my Jetta for 10 years and really thought I would just get another Jetta but the Honda Civic caught my eye so I went into the Hoffman dealership on my way to the VW place up the road. Mike Beltran was excellent; knowledgeable, hard worker and attentive. I drove the Civic and loved it. The time with the finance office was quick and efficient. Oil Change Came in for an express oil change. Service was what you'd expect from a dealer focusing on your brand of car -- knowledgeable and thorough. The "expre Came in for an express oil change.
