Great Service Advisor, Bad Service First of all, Robert Gorski (my Service Advisor) was wonderful. He was kind, helpful, informative, and remained conscious of my pick-up availability. First of all, Robert Gorski (my Service Advisor) was wonderful. He was kind, helpful, informative, and remained conscious of my pick-up availability. If someone were to go to Hoffman Honda for service, I would highly recommend him. If it wasn't for him, I would have given one star. I was very displeased with the technical service itself. When my car was ready for pick-up, I came to find that the dirty paper mat was left on the floor, with a loose screw laying on it (apparently from the swapping out of parts, but honestly, it's unsettling to find any loose part laying around in your car after a service). The "lid" of the passenger airbag (which was being serviced) was not fully re-secured and had to be hammered into place when I got home. The most disappointing part was that when I got in my car, it was completely dead. The headlights had been left on. Rob Gorski was extremely apologetic, and brought out a service technician to jump-start my car. I have no idea if that particular service technician was the one who had worked on my car, but there was definitely no apology or sense of accountability on his part. I certainly understand that mistakes happen, but this whole experience left me feeling like the technicians were careless and/or distracted, and also left me with no confidence in the job that was performed on my car. I am going to have it looked at by another dealership. Like I said before, Rob was great. He is clearly a dedicated employee and works hard to make sure that his clients are satisfied. A special thanks to him for providing great customer service. More
Accomodating and helpful Had a good experience at Honda this past Saturday. I had a 7am apt for an oil change, tire rotation, balance and alignment. Car was taken in on time and I received a call that it was ready by 9:15 or so. I indicated to my service advisor that I was unable to get a ride back to the dealership for the next several hours. He called me back within a few minutes and stated I was overdue for a change of my differential fluid and could have it done then since I couldn't pick up the car at that time anyhow. It saved me a trip back. More
