I had been to another Honda Service Dealer to check on whether my rear windshield wiper was broken. They looked at the wiper, moved it around and told me that it would be at least 45 min to diagnose the problem and would problem have to order me another one. Couldn't wait so decided to try Hoffman- they were amazing and within 1 min had figured out that the apparatus was lose and Craig tighten it up and I was good to go. Will NEVER go anywhere else!!! (And you shouldn't either....) More
