We usually deal with either Matt or Rob and I would strongly recommend either as they provide friendly, helpful and efficient service while ensuring that we are getting the best possible outcome (for our very old and end of life car!). At the last visit we worked with Janetta - perhaps she was having an off day but the service was terrible. She had a quipped attitude and was overall rude throughtout our interactions. Unfortunately based on that interaction I would not recommend using her. If that had been our first experience with Hoffman Honda we would have found another dealership however fortunately we know there are other service representatives who are very pleasant to work with. Definitely will ask for either Matt or Rob in the future and recommend others do too! More

Dan from Service @ Hoffman Honda, along with myself, made various phone calls to make sure I was covered for what would have been an out of pocket expense of over $5000. Now, I plan to write another review about the Firestone in Bristol, CT, who will be receiving one star from me, unless I can actually give 0. But, this entire thing was quite a project that lasted the entire month of January 2016, and Dan was there the whole way, giving me updates and being very attentive towards my issue almost every single business day that my car was there, and in the end, I paid nothing, and my car was fixed and running like new. Even on the few days Dan was out of the office, his associate Anthony was there to speak with me, and was calling to update me on the status of my claim. Long story short, I highly recommend Hoffman Honda. They do care, and they will take care of whatever you need help with, and I will continue to go there now for any future work I may need done on my car! More
