Your salesman will use a not-terribly-clean used car to haul you from the showroom up to the remote lot where the new cars are kept. You'll enjoy the constant ding of the seat-belt reminder, because your salesman is a throwback who doesn't bother with them. Found one you want to test drive? Another drive back down to the showroom to get the keys. All the while, you'll get some of the best old-school sales tactics. When you come back, even if you've been clear that you're just starting to shop and are comparing brands, you'll get the classic "what can I do to send you home in a new Honda today" hard sell. Just trying to get out of the dealership with a brochure and a business card will foreshadow the sort of ordeal modern car buyers usually never see nowadays. (And you won't get that brochure; they don't stock them.) Best avoid leaving your phone number, too, unless you enjoy repeated calls to try and get you back in for the good old salesmanship once-over. You don't need a dictionary to explain "pushy" to your children; just take them car shopping at Hoffman Honda. More

Nice rep but Bad Service 1. I was told the tires would be rotated free of charge as 3 were already off based on the work being done but there is nothing on the invoice about t 1. I was charged more than authorized even though I was not contacted regarding same for approval 3. 21 point inspection does not appear to have been performed as they merely printed out an old summary that does not reflect work performed by this Honda service center earlier this year. The rep never offered to waive the over charge and work performed on 4/4/15 was not reflected and was shown as still needing to be performed on the inspection report. More

Very helpful in deciding the brand of car to buy.. My husband and I came in to look at a Honda CR-V as we had a lease that was expiring. We also had visited the Nissan dealer as well. I was very pleased with Joe Tramuta from the start. He carefully outlined the two cars we were looking at and encouraged us to drive both as many times as we wanted. He even offered to us to take the car home for the night. He is a perfect salesman. He is professional, warm and extremely knowledgeable. If he didn't know how to answer a question ,he would immediately go and and find someone who did. He has the perfect balance in sales. He is not too pushy yet persistent enough on just the right level. He never made us feel hurried to make a decision , which of course took time. We both enjoyed dealing with Joe in purchasing the Honda and we will certainly recommend him to those looking to buy. More
