Very helpful in deciding the brand of car to buy.. My husband and I came in to look at a Honda CR-V as we had a lease that was expiring. We also had visited the Nissan dealer as well. I was very pleased with Joe Tramuta from the start. He carefully outlined the two cars we were looking at and encouraged us to drive both as many times as we wanted. He even offered to us to take the car home for the night. He is a perfect salesman. He is professional, warm and extremely knowledgeable. If he didn't know how to answer a question ,he would immediately go and and find someone who did. He has the perfect balance in sales. He is not too pushy yet persistent enough on just the right level. He never made us feel hurried to make a decision , which of course took time. We both enjoyed dealing with Joe in purchasing the Honda and we will certainly recommend him to those looking to buy. More

Quick oil change Went in for a quick oil change and have gotten to know most of the service guys (and girls) by name- always friendly and courteous. However, I have a 10 yr relationship with H honda service. Rocky was a guy I trusted that gave me "red carpet" service and I feared him leaving, but he passed his torch and I have new friends I know I can trust. Starting with Mark in the drive-in, I'm always off to a good start. He is patient while I unload my bicycle, as he is a very busy man! Juan Carlos has worked wonderfully with me, as I come armed with coupons and parts lists from majestic Honda in R I.. As the maintenance techs discover failing parts, Juan has a knowledgeable explanation and reasoning for the repair. It's hundreds of dollars, sometimes that I don't have, but I trust him. His complimentary oil change went a long way recently after a costly repair. I've also dealt with Anthony and Dan, both very understanding, and very hospitable, two more guys I'm glad to know, and trust. The next 4 years it's gonna be "up close and personal" with this excellent service dept. as the window of these two vehicles align with tuition for 2 We have in college. Thank you Hoffman! Cars are my necessary evil, and as our country wallows in social decline, it sure is comforting knowing I can trust those who maintain my vehicle safely without unnecessary expense. More
