I have been made aware by our Nissan service manager, Rocky Subramani, that scheduling your warranty work was challenging since your daughter was using the vehicle in another state while in school. Your vehicle had a warranty extension on the paint and the repairs normally take about a week to complete. We sincerely apologize for the situation related to your cracked windshield. Your time is valuable and we agree that your car should be in perfect condition upon picking it up. After speaking with our body shop manager, Jim Kronick, he informed us that the windshield has been fully restored to your satisfaction and a complimentary oil change was also provided in good faith for the inconvenience you have experienced. Your complete satisfaction is important to us at Hoffman.
