He registered my complaint and got my car in for diagnostics very quickly. He clearly explained what the mechanic was checking out and provided several options of what might be going on. He kept me informed of the progress of my repair and followed up once the job was completed. His attitude was professional and concerned. A great representative for the dealership. Excellent experience I stopped going to the service department where I purchased my Honda because I was not happy with the service and felt I was being taken advantage of. When my AC stopped working I made an appointment at Hoffman and was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I was treated with courtesy, received prompt attention, was given a ride home, and my car was ready as promised. It turns out the part needed was under extended warranty so the whole experience did not cost me a penny! Anthony Audia was very helpful and I will definitely return to Hoffman in the future. More
