Customer-focused service I recently brought my 2007 Honda Pilot in for service. Sean O'Connor was my service coordinator. He registered my complaint and got my car in for diagnostics very quickly. He clearly explained what the mechanic was checking out and provided several options of what might be going on. He kept me informed of the progress of my repair and followed up once the job was completed. His attitude was professional and concerned. A great representative for the dealership. Late arrival I dropped my car off on 6/24 at 4:00 pm for a scheduled detail service on 6/25. I was taken aback by the reception I recieved. The man seemed annoyed when I pulled my car in the bay. He stated that everyone always waits until the last minute to drop their cars off! He is supposed to get out of work at 5:00 pm but never gets out on time! Given that I arrived one hour before closing time, I would not expect to be greeted this way.
