Painless I recently had an appointment at Hoffman's for new tires and alignment. The place was pretty busy but I got out of there in an hour and a half or so. Better than average for a Honda Dealer Had basic service performed with a question on the drivers side door impacting the van body when closing. Basic service was performed adequately. Incomplete and unhelpful on the door - although it is unclear as to whether it is a dealer problem or a product quality problem by Honda. Length of the service appointment was about what you would expect. This dealer service review has an extra star because other Honda dealers in the Hartford County area are so bad that this location seems better. Service writer was helpful but perhaps constrained by either Honda or the Dealership. More

Most times when I come here for service I am almost slammed into by other older customers running the stop signs in the lot getting to the service area, you really take your life into your hands coming to this location but it is the most convenient Honda dealer to me so I put up with it but I don't know how many more times I will return to this location. Getting a live person to answer the phone is difficult. More

Dead Battery Woke up to a dead battery on a Monday morning. Jump started my car and called Honda to see if they could service my vehicle.
