I don't think this is normal for Honda, but it was my experience this time. More

Warranty replacement of a light and parts. The service was excellent. However, and no relationship to the staff, the new phone system is HORRIBLE and FRUSTRATING. I spent hours trying to reac The service was excellent. However, and no relationship to the staff, the new phone system is HORRIBLE and FRUSTRATING. I spent hours trying to reach someone, leaving messages and learning the messages were never received so could not be returned. I finally was able to speak with someone who had to physically walk to the service department so I could speak with someone. The second visit to try and schedule an appointment I physically drove to the dealership as the voicemail system was not working. Again, the staff at the dealership was excellent. If is your new phone system that is not working. I mentioned this to several individuals at Hoffman and they apologized which was very professional of them. More

My only complaint would be regarding the lack of service review/check of my new vehicle prior to leasing. I had the car less than a week only to realize that there was rodent damage to the windshield whipper spray tubes, which didn't work. It was disappointing and inconveniencing to have to have service done on a new vehicle because something wasn't working properly. I think new cars being sold or leased should be maintenance checked prior to delivery. More

He explained all the varieties available for my purchase of a used car. I'm on crutches and couldn't stroll around the area, so he brought cars up to the showroom door so I could take a look. Migeul is very personable, well spoken, friendly, and direct. I never felt he was pushing toward any particular model and he spent a long time going over the models and alternatives. If you're shopping, ask for Migeul. More
