"A happy service experence" I showed up without an appointment driving on a spare tire.. I needed a new tire. David Harris took care this in less then an a half hour. Very friendly but. They will always recommend a service even if it is not exactly what you need. They replaced a tire sensor on the wrong tire (because they did it afte They will always recommend a service even if it is not exactly what you need. They replaced a tire sensor on the wrong tire (because they did it after they rotated the tires). We have 2 manual 5 speed Hondas and the service recommendation always wants to do an automatic transmission service. That should be pretty obvious even though the service helpers struggle with a manual transmission. Its "cool" but they don't know about the clutch lockout. Read through the recommendations carefully. They do it by service history not by actually looking at the item. I do my own air filters cabin and engine and am always told they need to be serviced when brand new! More

Financial Department Everything was fine until we got to the point of signing papers with the Financial contact. We felt pressured throughout the whole time we were with him. Our buy out figure was based on a much higher vehicle price than it should have been.Others dealers were significantly lower than Hoffman. Also, the rate per mile went from .15 to .20 cents and the Financial person was quick to let us know he only deals with what is on the form. Bottom Line is we felt the FP was only out to get as much out of us as he possibly could. It's a shame because our last Odyssey was purchased 15 years ago at Hoffman and we never had a bad experience. The Sales personnel were professional, answered all our questions with patience. More

As a result of their quick response, I'm am now 100% satisfied and would have no concern recommending servicing your vehicle at Hoffman Honda. Brought in my new Accord for splash guards. Pointed out that the drivers side spoiler had a tab that kept popping out. They put the rear guards on and then told me they ordered the wrong splash guards and I need to come back the next day. They also said they fixed the tap. When I got home the tab had popped again. I came back the next day and they switched the splash guards but said the tab was no good and they need to order one. Now I'm waiting for them to set up an appointment to go to my wife's place of business to install the tab. Perhaps giving us a trunk tray would compensate us for the major inconvience and allow us to recommend your dealship for service!
