recommended 15000 mile service I am pleased with the service at Hoffman Honda, however, I am disappointed about some of the pricing. I do not understand why I am required to mention I am pleased with the service at Hoffman Honda, however, I am disappointed about some of the pricing. I do not understand why I am required to mention and produce the coupons that are mailed to my home. I would think that considering my vehicle was purchased at this dealership, and I am bringing it back to the dealership for recommended service, that I would automatically be charged according to the "best current deal" pricing. More

Received more than I asked for I brought my low mileage Fit in for an oil change and that's what I received. My salesman, Simon Karikari went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted with the payments being within my budget. He was so patient and showed such deep compassion for me and the trials that I had endured with life itself and obtaining my new Honda HRV - EX and I am so appreciative of that. He is an excellent salesman who actually cares about his customers. David Ezedine from the finance department also worked worked a miracle to get me into my dream vehicle within my budget. His positive personality was so uplifting. I feel so blessed to have met these two men and really hope they are rewarded for all they did for me and for their excellent customer service. I came in with my toddler and was very nervous about how long the process would take but my sales person made the entire process so easy! He was very accommodating to us and he made sure everything went as quickly as possible. This was my third purchase but my first through Hoffman and I can honestly say I will continue coming here for all future purchases and services :) More

Problems with a new vehicle The salesman was great and I bought 3rd Brand new car from this dealership. However, I got very bad experience after receiving the car which is scraped and dent on front and rear bumpers and misplaced accessories and damaged paint and scratches. It is an huge disappointment for a "Brand New Car". I don't think that is entire his fault. It's entire dealership handling issue. I saw some sales workers leaner bran new car and talk without any attention that's a cause of these type of problems. Need more careful attentions on brand new cars. More

Sales guy allegedly failed to tell the finance manager the final sales price we negotiated and the contract was printed with the msrp price instead. I caught this but missed the $249 Vin etch fee that was included in the contract. I previously told the sales guy I did not want the Vin etch. Additionally, in the contract there was a $65 vendors single interest insurance fee which appears to be optional but I was not asked about this nor was I the person that checked this box in the contract. More
