they took trust out of their name it took 35 minutes to drop off the car, with an appointment. i asked for regular oil for my oil change, they gave me partial synthetic and charg it took 35 minutes to drop off the car, with an appointment. i asked for regular oil for my oil change, they gave me partial synthetic and charged me double. when i complained the next day to the manager he was eager to give me a full refund because they actually put regular oil in and charged me for synthetic. also, they suggested we change the brake fluid because, according to their computer, it hasn;t been done in the 7 years i've owned the car. Did they check the fluid i asked? NO they had not. is this a safety issue? it might be. i have owned several cars from HOffman. as soon as the warranties are up i go elsewhere to have the work done because they are so expensive. and now they are lying to me and don;t actually check the fluids. i find this extremely discouraging. i came in for an airbag recall. now i don;'t know if it is safe to ride in the passenger seat, because i dont know if the work was performed correctly. i know they did something because the glove box contents were all askew as he told me it would be. maybe its time for a Subaru or a Chevy. More
