Got all the reminders I signed up for, which was very helpful. Made the appt for Monday on a Thursday, so there was that all too familiar down time, weekend in there. The staff was professional. They respected me when I declined additional service. i like this dealership. Every service person I have had process my car has been great. It is a task I don't look forward to doing, but going here mKes it less of a hassle. More

They had 3 weeks to get me vehicle and finance in place and even with me following up many times This dealership is hopeless once the deal is signed. They had 3 weeks to get me vehicle and finance in place and even with me following up many times a day before delivery they haven't even started the finance process once that was fixed they promised everything was set. Guess what it wasn't and after another couple of hours of messing around at the dealership my wife left in a loaner. Then they ring here and demand the loaner back because it's sold You would think given this is there bread and butter the vehicle delivery process would run like a well oiled machine. NO it doesn't. My advice shop else where for the "whole package". More
