I was greeted and brought into wait, Anthony spoke with me about what would be done/checked with my Honda. Waited about 45 minutes, but waiting room was decently comfortable, donuts, fruit or pastries would have been a nice addition to the free coffee, but again... When it was ready I was called back into the office, which I gotta tell ya seems a bit intimidating; you always seem to think their gonna find a costly problem, but in this case everything was fine anyways and they didn't try to get me to buy anything additional I didn't need like new tires or windshield wipers, etc. They brought the car around for me, I noticed they used floor mat protectors, a nice plus, and car was even given a free wash. Overall a nice experience, the only thing I would change is the scheduling process, the initial paper I was mailed had a nice early afternoon time, but I discovered that's only if you are dropping off your car for the entire day. I tried to book online, but if you are waiting for your vehicle, you can only book at like 7am on Fridays, and I am not a morning person. So I e-mailed them to change it, only to discover the night before that the appointment was not officially "confirmed" on-line, so luckily I caught that in time. Again, it was a nice experience, and I would consider getting future service there if they could just work on the on-line booking service More

He brought the car around and I got to sit with his dog and enjoy free coffee while I waited. One test drive later and I was hooked. We sat down and paperwork took a while, but that's to be expected. I ended up having to go back twice for a registration paperwork issue, but was helped promptly each time. Jeff even went out of his way to give me a free set of snow tires he used for his old civic. Overall a nice experience and Jeff is a great car salesman. I recommend him to all my Honda seeking friends. More
