New car puchase I've been a Hoffman customer since 1992. Always been a great experience dealing there. My sales rep was Charles Ljomah. He was excellent. Usually you have to dicker back and forth on the price and trade in of your car. He hit it right on the head the first time and I agreed to the deal. He showed me every aspect of my new Civic EX. simple oil change ended up in extra work,with great service so, took my Honda Fit in for my free oil change, and told them I had a problem with the rear window defroster . No problem, they would fix it, howeve so, took my Honda Fit in for my free oil change, and told them I had a problem with the rear window defroster . No problem, they would fix it, however, the electronics they installed were not the answer, so, they gave me a free loner ,and the process ended up taking a lot of phone calls on Dans' part, and almost a week . No problem , he said, kept the loaner, and picked it up with a new rear window ! He really went above and beyond !!! More
Great service deoartment I have been a customer to Hoffman Honda service since 1996. They have gone through many service reps but i have to say I liked them all. Especially I have been a customer to Hoffman Honda service since 1996. They have gone through many service reps but i have to say I liked them all. Especially the current lady name Janetta is my favorite. She is a great service person because she definitely has intuition and a good sense on her customers priorities when comes to auto repair. I am also glad to see more females reps now on the auto repaire department. More
Excellent. Janetta was knowledgable and caring as usual. The service was great as always. My only concern was that the report that I would need new brakes soon quoted over $1,000.00 which seems a lot to chan The service was great as always. I was early for my appointment and I was taken right away and the service was prompt and thorough. Did I mention how pleasant it is to work with Janetta? More
ANOTHER EXCELLENT AND SHORT) MORNING AT HOFFMAN HONDA! I spent only an hour at Hoffman Honda on a Saturday morning for my new Honda Oddyssey's first service appojntment. No charge, in and out quickly. Jane I spent only an hour at Hoffman Honda on a Saturday morning for my new Honda Oddyssey's first service appojntment. No charge, in and out quickly. Janetta knows how to expedite your service! The previous day I had been there with my 1999 odyssey that my son is driving to college ( over 200,000 miles on it) to check on a potential problem with the same attention given to my new car. (Thanks to mechanic Jose!) I have never gone anywhere else for service and Janetta is one of several excellent advisors who have supported me through the service of my cars over the years. She gives you an honest and realistic report of your service or repair and makes it as painless as possible- giving coupons when available, rental car or shuttle transport, phone calls for updates. She is the embodiment of the trust that is so valued by the Hoffman Honda company. Thank you for your continued support, Janetta! More

I'm always treated beyond fantastically, with explanations I can understand and much compassion. I usually use Anthony Audia as my Service Advisor though in the past your Service Manager has also helped me out. Anthony is better than excellent at his job & respectful and patient & kind. I've nothing but good things to say about your dealership and if I had the means would get another car there, probably lease. That however isn't currently possible for me. Marci M Wells More

Excellent service Battery was dying and they fit me into the schedule immediately and addressed the situation - did a diagnostic and replaced battery.
