The person who processed my lease agreement was also kind and gave me courtesy perks because I am a continuing and loyal customer .My only complaint is that the people doing the clean-up of a new vehicle should pay attention to detail. Lots of dirt on the car in places and some packing plastic still on levers below on the driver'side side. I expect a thoroughly clean and shiny new vehicle for the money. More

I told him that there were a couple of scratches and blemishes on the car and I asked him if he would take care of them since I had the car less than a week. He told me he would take care of them no problem, Went back in the afternoon the car looked fantastic with the extra add ons and the scratches were taken care of. Great customer service.
