The entire process of getting my vehicle repaired made getting hit by a bus seem not so bad after all. All staff members were warm, professional and very helpful with navigating me through the process of obtaining an estimate. They kept me in the loop regarding how repairs were going once my car was "in the shop". My car was returned looking as good as new. The hand wash and vacuuming of my cars interior was an excellent surprise as well. Prior to having body work performed on my car, I have also used Hoffman for oil changes, scheduled maintenance and for dealing with a nail I found in my tire while on my way to work. Always professional, friendly and it seems they take great pride in maintaining clean facilities. Very happy with this business More
