Good overall experience I went to Hoffman just for an Oil Change and to see if my car was due for any recalls, etc. I dealt with Rob Gorski. It was slightly busy on that day and I noticed he would come out to the waiting area and give customers updates on their services or repairs. he was able to set my car up for the airbag to be fixed per the recent Takata Airbag recall.
