Great service experience I called in the AM regarding some creaking noises coming from the the brakes of my Honda Pilot. They were able to take my car in shortly after I call I called in the AM regarding some creaking noises coming from the the brakes of my Honda Pilot. They were able to take my car in shortly after I called. The technicians were not sure if they were hearing the same noise I noted initially so I went on a road test with the technician (Brian). Brian was very knowledgeable and courteous. Janetta provided a loaner car at that point since she was unsure if the repairs would be done before closing time. Janetta is a pleasure to work with. She is friendly and efficient and I always feel comfortable doing business with her. The necessary work was done in a timely manner and I had my car back (and freshly washed) before the end of the day. An overall great experience. More

Matt West took the time to unravel the problem situation and layout a practical and effective solution. In no time at all, we were in possession of our car without an associated hassle of any kind. Matt was totally professional throughout the matter and made sure that we were fully aware of Honda Hoffman's promise to stand behind their sales and service promise.
