Chose the latter option and they met the 2 hours as they indicated. Very professional staff, no pressure they just laid out the facts and explained everything in detail answering all my questions. If you expect to keep people coming back, don't be so shrewd about your sales quota that you actually laugh at your customer's expense. A small action like that will go a very long way towards losing my business, and the business of several people I would have recommended to your dealership. Extremely Happy with Hoffman Hoffman had the exact vehicle that we were looking to purchase on the lot. He listened to what we wanted and brought the car to the front of the dealer so that we could look at it and take it for a test drive. As we were driving he explained the features and the positive aspects of the vehicle. When we returned our salesman worked with us to get the car for a reasonable and affordable price. The best part was we were able to drive the vehicle off the lot the same day. We have been to many dealers prior to Hoffman and they were the only ones to work with us to get the best deal. More
